Refund policy

REFUNDS (Manufacturer)

Items are made to order through a third party manufacturer & their refund/replacement policies include: 

Items are eligible for refund or free replacement when there are manufacturing errors or damages that are reported within 30 days of delivery.

Photo or video proof is required & sending the item back it not needed for a refund or replacement.

Manufacturing errors include: items that have poor print quality or the wrong item/color/size is received. 

Damages include: items that arrive are broken, torn, or damaged during transit.

Items are not eligible for return or exchange for buyer's remorse (ie: wrong size/color or change of mind).

 

REFUNDS (LSG)

If the manufacturer declines refund or replacement we, Lifted Sweets Garden, will provide a full refund or store credit.

Item(s) are eligible for a full refund or store credit ONLY when the wrong size or color is purchased.

NO refunds or store credit for a change of mind.

Item(s) must be returned back within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Item(s) must be unworn/unused & in the original packaging.

Return shipping labels will be sent via email & shipping is free of charge. 

Item(s) will be processed for a full refund or store credit once the customer receives the inital product(s).
